Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This listing splits into two pricing groups. The first group sizes your subscription by resource count for small and mid-sized businesses: SMB_Starter covers fewer than 5 resources, SMB_Standard covers 6-10 resources, and SMB_Large covers 11-15 resources. You pick the tier that matches how many resources you plan. The second group is support. A Default Support Option is included at no cost, while Enhanced Annual Support and Premium Annual Support are separate paid add-ons billed yearly. You combine one resource tier with your chosen support level to build your total contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A resource maps to a production line or piece of equipment the platform plans and schedules. Each line is modeled in detail with its own capacity calendar, run-rates, batch-sizes, and changeover matrix. You count the resources you plan, then pick the tier whose range covers that number.
Each tier covers a fixed range: SMB_Starter under 5 resources, SMB_Standard 6-10, and SMB_Large 11-15. If your planned resources exceed your tier's ceiling, you move to the tier whose range matches. The move is not automatic; you select the tier that fits your resource count.
You pick one resource tier and one support level, and both appear on the same contract. The Default Support Option adds no cost. Enhanced Annual Support and Premium Annual Support are separate yearly charges added on top of your chosen resource tier.
