Overview
The MHP FleetExecuter is an intralogistics platform which allows to connect and control automated guided vehicles (AGVs), peripheral devices such as gates and elevators and external systems for order creation. The FleetExecuter is using open standards such as vda5050 to control agvs technology and manufacturer independently.
The MHP FleetExecuter offers a bunch of REST APIs to interact with the different microseriservices each serving a specific purpose for automation on the shopfloor. The MHP-FleetExecuter is a software tool based on different programming languages for managing automated material and product movements and optimizing manufacturing and supply chain processes. The MHP-FleetExecuter connects the customer's production or logistics management systems with the customer's AGVs. Based on the positions specified by the customer, the MHP FleetExecuter can control the AGVs in such a way that they transport the material in an optimized manner either within the production or logistics areas, but also from a storage area to the production line or in the other direction.
The MHP-FleetExecuter optimizes the management of AGVs through a special algorithm that performs calculations to determine the best decision, e.g. by minimizing waiting times, combining different processing times in the most efficient way, reducing travel times or aiming for the highest equipment efficiency. The MHP-FleetExecuter includes interface options to manufacturing and logistics systems as well as the possibility of manual input.
