Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Product Access represent for billing?
A unit grants subscriber access to the product under your contract. The number of units you purchase determines how many subscribers can use the platform's therapy-specific patient engagement for DPP-4 inhibitor treatments. You choose the unit quantity when you set up the contract.
How does my cost change if I need to add more subscribers later?
Cost scales with the number of units under your contract. Adding subscribers means committing to more Product Access units. There are no separate tiers or usage add-ons, so pricing changes only with the unit quantity you commit to. Contact the vendor to adjust your unit count.
What capabilities are included under the single Product Access dimension?
Your units cover the engagement platform capabilities. This includes personalized medication reminders, therapy-specific education, predictive risk scoring, omnichannel delivery across app, text, and voice, and real-time analytics dashboards. All features fall under this one access dimension with no separate charges per capability.
