Medium fits operators between 2 million and 10 million subscribers and includes 20 active user licenses. Large fits operators above 10 million subscribers and includes 30 active user licenses. Pricing scales as your subscriber count and included user licenses increase. You pick the tier that matches your subscriber scale rather than paying per unit of usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What determines which tier I fall into — my subscriber count or the number of data sources I connect?
Both factors set your tier. The size is derived from your subscriber base and the data sources the product supports, such as voice, data, CRM, HLR, and DPI feeds. The subscriber ranges guide the fit: under 2 million, 2 million to 10 million, or above 10 million.
What counts as one active user license in each tier?
An active user license is one business user account with access to the product. Small includes 10 licenses, Medium includes 20, and Large includes 30. These are the people who log in to run segmentation and view insights, not your subscriber population.
If my subscriber base grows past my tier's range, does my cost change automatically?
Each tier is sized for a subscriber range and a set number of user licenses. Moving to a range that fits a larger tier means selecting that tier's contract, which carries its own included user licenses. The pricing is contract-based rather than metered, so growth does not auto-bill overage.
