
Overview
Contact Data Analytics (CDA) is Axim's cloud subscription based, browser accessible, reporting solution. CDA integrates to Avaya CMS External Call History (ECH) to provide customers with a reporting solution to help them uncover critical insights and business value from their ECH data through our subject matter expert curated business-user reports.
CDA offers out-of-the-box reports covering repeat callers, transfers, conferences and abandons as well as call history to provide customers with an end-to-end view of their caller's experience.
As part of the subscription, customers will have to configure their CMS R16+ to sFTP ECH data to the Axim CDA cloud. Axim will store up to 1 years' worth of ECH data.
Customers with requirements for multiple CMS or ACD connections, custom reports, longer data storage and other data integrations please contact Axim for a private offer.
Axim also provides contact center consulting for customers looking to review, analyze and optimize their contact center reporting that can be included in a private contract.
