IronWiFi Guest WiFi & Captive Portal - Cloud-Managed

     Info
    Sold by: IronWifi
Cloud-managed guest WiFi with a branded captive portal, priced per access point. Splash pages, self-registration, sponsored and social/email/SMS guest login, Passpoint/OpenRoaming seamless reconnect, and roaming analytics - works with any access points you already run.

    Overview

Guest WiFi that just works - a branded captive portal for any venue, priced per access point. IronWiFi turns the access points you already run into a polished, secure guest network with a splash page that matches your brand, flexible sign-in options, and full roaming analytics. No hardware to buy, no servers to run.

Per-access-point pricing. Simple packs of 10, 25, or 50 access points; add capacity as you grow. Unlimited guest sessions per access point - no per-user fees, no seat counts, no surprise overages. Manage every location and portal from one dashboard.

A captive portal built for your brand. Design custom splash pages with your logo, colors, terms of service, and marketing message - no code required. Offer self-registration, one-click social sign-in (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Apple), email and SMS verification, voucher and access codes, and sponsored guest access where an employee approves visitors. Redirect guests to your website after login and capture opt-in marketing consent.

Seamless, secure roaming. Passpoint and OpenRoaming let returning guests reconnect automatically across all your locations - no re-entering details. Optional WPA2/WPA3 encryption keeps guest traffic protected over the air.

Works with the hardware you already have. Vendor-neutral cloud service supporting UniFi, Meraki, Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus, and any captive-portal- or RADIUS-capable access points. No forklift upgrade, no vendor lock-in. Dynamic VLAN assignment and per-guest bandwidth limits keep guest traffic separated and fair.

Know your WiFi. Real-time dashboards for guest counts, session duration, repeat visitors, device types, and busiest times. Export data or automate provisioning through a full REST API. Everything is included - portal, sign-in methods, roaming, and analytics - with no per-feature add-ons.

Security and compliance. Cloud-hosted on Google Cloud, with data encrypted in transit and at rest. SOC 2 Type II report issued by Johanson Group LLP (unqualified opinion).

Getting started. Subscribe here, choose your access-point pack, and set up your account in minutes. Point your access points at IronWiFi's captive-portal and RADIUS endpoints, design your splash page, and go live the same day. Email support@ironwifi.com  for onboarding help.

    Dimensions summary

You license this product by the number of access points you plan to support. Three fixed tiers cover up to 10, 25, or 50 access points, and you pick the tier that matches your site size. Each tier includes unlimited guest sessions and the branded captive portal, so pricing scales with access point count, not with how many guests log in. You bring your own access points; no hardware is sold or shipped. The 10-AP tier suits a single small venue, 25-AP fits growing or multi-site setups, and 50-AP covers larger or multiple locations.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

An access point is any unique BSSID broadcasting on your network that authenticates against IronWiFi during a given month. Mesh repeaters that share a BSSID count once. You count access points against your tier limit, not the number of guests connecting.
No. Each tier includes unlimited guest sessions, so guest volume does not change your bill. Pricing depends only on how many access points you license. You bring your own access points; no hardware is sold or shipped.
You move to the tier that matches your access point count. The 10, 25, and 50 access point tiers are fixed licensing levels. Pick the tier covering your site size. If you outgrow 50 access points, contact the vendor for larger sizing.
