Overview
MirrorShip Enterprise is a commercial enterprise data platform developed by MirrorShip and built on the open-source StarRocks project. This Professional Services offering includes MirrorShip Enterprise licensing together with tailored services to plan, deploy, configure, and optimize the platform on AWS for real-time analytics and lakehouse workloads. Our specialists assess the customer’s current data architecture, define an implementation aligned with business and technical requirements, and support deployments on Amazon EC2 or Amazon EKS.
MirrorShip Enterprise helps data engineering teams serve real-time and historical analytical workloads from a unified platform. Its massively parallel processing architecture, vectorized execution engine, and cost-based query optimization support complex SQL and high-concurrency analytics. The platform also supports lakehouse analysis, federated queries, and MySQL-compatible tools and BI ecosystems, helping teams reduce migration friction while building a scalable and operable analytics foundation.
Engagements may include architecture and readiness assessments, installation and configuration, migration advisory and planning, proof-of-concept validation, performance tuning, capacity planning, security and access-control design, monitoring guidance, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer. Depending on the agreed architecture and scope, an engagement may involve AWS services such as Amazon S3, AWS Glue, AWS IAM, Amazon VPC, and Amazon CloudWatch; these are not mandatory dependencies of MirrorShip Enterprise. Managed services are available only when explicitly authorized by the customer and included in the applicable Private Offer or Statement of Work. Typical deliverables may include a documented target architecture, deployment and configuration guidance, proof-of-concept results, performance and operational recommendations, implementation documentation, and enablement for the customer’s engineering teams. Scope, timeline, delivery model, pricing, support levels, and responsibilities are defined in the applicable Private Offer or Statement of Work. Customers are responsible for AWS infrastructure charges incurred in their AWS accounts; those charges are separate from the fees for this offering transacted through AWS Marketplace.
