    This offering provides a streamlined and efficient setup of Amazon Connect, enabling your organisation to quickly deploy a scalable, cloud-based contact centre solution. Designed for rapid implementation, this service includes everything you need to get started with voice and / or chat capabilities on Amazon Connect.

    Included:

    • Amazon Connect Instance Creation: We will provision a new Amazon Connect instance tailored to your organisation’s region and configuration preferences.
    • Voice and/or Chat Enablement: Activate voice and/or chat channels to allow your customers to interact with your business through their preferred communication method.
    • Basic IVR Design (3x3): Implementation of a basic, structured IVR (Interactive Voice Response) menu with up to 3 main options and up to 3 sub-options per main option to efficiently route customer calls.
    • User Management: Setup and configuration of Amazon Connect users, including profile assignments and initial permissions to support agents, supervisors, and administrators.
    • Voice Queues (Up to 3): Creation and configuration of up to three voice queues for routing calls to appropriate teams or agents.
    • Chat Queue (Up to 1): Setup of one queue dedicated to handling customer chat interactions.
    • Security Profiles: Enable and apply default Amazon Connect security profiles to manage access controls and enforce best practices.
    • Call Recording: Enable call recording functionality and configure secure storage options for recorded interactions.
    • Contact Lens (Optional): Optionally enable Contact Lens for Amazon Connect to gain AI-powered insights into customer sentiment, trends, and agent performance through speech analytics and transcription.
