Software as a Service (SaaS)
SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

We offer three levels of support.
Starter - Self-Service: This plan offers the initial project setup, read-only access to the receeve strategy builder, and a selection from a catalog of pre-built strategies. It does not include custom third-party integrations and provides access to our set of standard analytics. Updates to your selected collections strategy fall under our fair use policy (3 minor updates per quarter, 2 major updates per year).
Professional - Self-Service: Clients maintain control over the collection process with active support from receeve. This plan includes the initial project setup, weekly calls with our service team, full access to our content and strategy management tools, custom analytics, and third-party integrations.
Professional - Managed Service: Available as an add-on, this plan includes all the benefits of theSelf-Service plan, with receeve managing the entire collections process. This encompasses full management of strategies and content, proactive improvements, and monitoring by our dedicated team.
AWS infrastructure support
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
