A user is one learner account with access to the platform. Each account counts as one seat regardless of how many courses or live sessions that person joins. Your plan sets a fixed seat count, so you pay for the seats allocated, not for individual course enrollments.
The plans do not add seats automatically. To cover more learners than your current plan allows, you move to a plan built for a larger seat count. For example, moving from 100 users to 500 users means switching from the Professional Plan to the Business Plan.
No. All five plans give the same access to unlimited live classes and the self-paced content library. Every user, on any plan, can reach expert-led async content, live sessions, and hands-on projects, labs, and assessments. Only the number of covered seats differs between plans.
