    WEAST HR & Employee Platform

     Info
WEAST HR & Employee Platform gives every employee a personal HR assistant that answers policy, leave and payroll questions, runs onboarding, and submits and tracks employee requests into HRIS and ticketing automatically. Built on the WEAST enterprise agentic AI platform, it runs within your own infrastructure.

    Overview

WEAST HR & Employee Platform helps HR teams deliver employee support, guide onboarding and automate routine requests. An HR agent answers questions using approved company policies, walks new joiners through onboarding, and submits and tracks requests through connected systems. It also supports structured employee profiles and shift scheduling based on availability, skills and coverage requirements. WEAST brings a personal HR assistant into everyday employee experience. The challenge HR teams repeatedly answer policy, leave and payroll questions, while onboarding depends on checklists scattered across inboxes. Employee requests require manual follow-up across systems, creating repetitive work and making progress difficult to track. Organisations need to give employees timely answers and a consistent onboarding experience, while protecting sensitive employee information and reducing routine coordination for HR teams. The solution WEAST HR & Employee Platform provides an HR agent that answers policy, leave and payroll questions using approved HR documents, with citations to supporting content. The agent guides new joiners through onboarding steps and checklists, helping employees understand what to complete and where to find relevant information. Through configured workflows and integration with human resource information systems (HRIS) and ticketing platforms, it submits employee requests and tracks their progress. Structured employee profiles support workforce planning, while shift scheduling capabilities help match employee availability and skills with coverage requirements. Role-based access controls access to sensitive employee information. The solution fits HR operations that want to connect policy guidance, onboarding, employee requests and scheduling support through one assistant. Core HR capabilities HR policy answers: Answer policy, leave and payroll questions using approved HR documents, with source citations. Guided onboarding: Walk new joiners through onboarding steps, checklists and relevant company information. Request automation: Submit and track employee requests through connected HRIS and ticketing systems. Shift scheduling support: Help match employee availability and skills with shift coverage requirements. Employee profiling: Maintain structured employee profiles to support workforce planning and scheduling. Data protection: Apply role-based permissions to control access to sensitive employee information. Enterprise platform capabilities WEAST supports HR operations with model flexibility, knowledge grounding, security controls and operational visibility. The WEAST Model Gateway powered by Amazon Bedrock: Provides governed access to foundation models through Amazon Bedrock, with workspace-level access policies, usage quotas, and token and cost visibility managed within WEAST. Model selection depends on availability and configuration in the customer's AWS deployment. Knowledge Base / RAG and Data Pipeline: Support document parsing, OCR, chunking, embedding and reranking, with citations on grounded answers. These capabilities help keep HR responses aligned with approved policies, SOPs and employment terms. Security and governance: Include model access control, PII detection and redaction, prompt-injection defence, secure RAG, policy guardrails, tenant isolation and full run traceability. LLMOps and monitoring: Provide conversation tracing, quality evaluation, drift and anomaly monitoring, usage analytics, and per-run token and cost visibility. Deployment and AWS integration WEAST can run in the customer's own AWS account and Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC), including in an appropriate AWS Asia Pacific Region. Through the WEAST Model Gateway, it can use Amazon Bedrock as an approved model endpoint, including access to Amazon Nova where available. Other approved open or private models are also supported according to the selected deployment and configuration. Dedicated managed, on-premises and hybrid deployment options are available, allowing organisations to choose an environment aligned with their infrastructure, operational and data-residency requirements. Delivered by ICS Compute ICS Compute delivers WEAST as professional services, covering use-case discovery, workflow design, integration with existing enterprise systems, deployment in the customer's AWS environment, and ongoing support.
