Scope of Service
Infrastructure Management: AWS account setup, IAM best practices, tagging strategy, and resource health monitoring (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront).
Automation & CI/CD: Maintenance of pipelines using GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or Jenkins; automated builds, environment promotions (Dev → Stage → Prod), and Docker/ECR integration.
Monitoring & Logging: Setup and optimization of CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, and centralized logging with CloudWatch Logs or ELK/Loki stacks.
Security & Compliance: IAM policy audits, WAF/GuardDuty configuration, patch management, SSL/TLS renewals, and AWS Config/Security Hub reviews.
Disaster Recovery: Backup verification, retention testing, DR drills, and RTO/RPO validation to ensure business continuity.
Governance & Reporting: Monthly reports with metrics on hours, incidents, cost insights, and architecture improvements.
This managed service integrates seamlessly with AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and other AWS native services, aligning with the AWS Well-Architected Framework. Customers benefit from expert guidance on modernization, reliability, and cost control—backed by SLAs for response and resolution times.
