Put mission-critical AI agents to work in your existing workflows. FlowX.AI helps banks, insurers, logistics and other companies automate complex work with built-in governance, human oversight and integration with core and legacy systems.
FlowX.AI delivers production-grade AI agents for mission-critical work. Plug agents into the workflows you already run to reduce manual processing, accelerate decisions and give teams more capacity. Your existing systems and data remain the foundation, with governance and human oversight built into execution.
Our catalog of 220+ ready-made agents gives you a practical starting point. Check loan packs for missing or contradictory documents, validate insurance claims against policy requirements, or extract freight details from incoming quote requests. Configure individual agents for a specific task or combine them into agent stacks that handle multiple steps in a business workflow.
FlowX.AI connects agents to core systems, document repositories, legacy applications and mainframes without replacing them. Bring your preferred frontier, open-weight or licensed models and change providers as your needs evolve. AI reasoning works alongside a deterministic engine for calculations and business rules, keeping critical execution under control.
Security operates at runtime through SSO, MFA, role-based access and fine-grained entitlements. Prompt Shield detects sensitive data, while HALO applies hallucination and confidence checks. Human review checkpoints and immutable audit records make agent decisions traceable and reviewable.
Run agents within your cloud tenant or on-premises, including air-gapped environments. Start with one workflow and expand as you demonstrate value; a first process can go live in 4-6 weeks, depending on scope and integration requirements. AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing dimension: the Mortgage document intake agent, billed per unit under a contract. You pay based on the number of units you deploy, so cost scales with the volume of agent activity you put into production. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or add-on options to choose from. To size the right number of units for your mortgage document processing, you work with the vendor on a scoped assessment. Pricing is set through a contract term rather than usage-based hourly metering.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for the Mortgage document intake agent?
A unit maps to the agent's processing volume you put into production. Under this vendor's model, agent value is measured per process run, so a unit reflects the volume of mortgage document runs the agent handles rather than a user seat or server instance.
How does the agent decide what work it handles versus what a human reviews?
The agent takes on a share of the manual document work, while remaining cases route to a human for review, exceptions, and quality checks. Clean cases process straight through; the rest go to an officer with the exception already framed.
How do I size the right number of units before committing?
You run a scoped assessment on your own data and processes. The vendor's ROI model uses your monthly case volume, cost per staff, and automation rate to project capacity freed. A real number comes from that assessment, not from a fixed estimate.
