OnDemand access lasts 120 days. Access begins when you click the Start Course button, or automatically 14 days after the course becomes available if you have not started it. Course access is granted within 72 business hours after your payment is processed.
Yes. You can buy 45-day extensions by contacting SANS support. Extensions remain available for up to 45 days after your expiration date. Total course access cannot extend beyond one year from your original activation date.
