Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This listing uses seat-based contract pricing built around the Business plan. You start with a required base of 10 Business seats, which sets the minimum commitment. To cover more people, you add seats one at a time above that base. Each additional seat is billed in single-unit lifts. Pricing scales directly with the number of users: your total equals the 10-seat minimum plus any extra seats you add. Both dimensions bill on the same per-seat basis, so cost grows in step with team size.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A seat is one paid user with Admin or Member access to your workspace. Guests do not consume paid seats. You get up to 5 guests per paid seat at no extra charge. Only Admins and Members count toward your seat total.
Your commitment starts at 10 Business seats. To add people, you buy additional seats one at a time above that base. Each added seat bills at the same per-seat rate. Only the extra seats add cost; the 10-seat minimum stays fixed.
Each seat includes workflows and approvals, intake forms and email, single sign-on, role-based access control, nested pages, project templates, dashboards, customer profiles, recurring work items, and time tracking. Each seat also gets a monthly AI credit allocation pooled across the workspace.
