Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
You buy this contract on a per-seat basis. The 10 Seats Business dimension gives you a Business-plan license for a team of 10 users. If your team grows beyond that base, you add Additional Enterprise User units, each covering one more seat. Both dimensions bill per user, so your cost scales with headcount. Start with the 10-seat bundle, then layer on individual user units as you add people.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A seat is one user account in your workspace. The 10 Seats Business dimension licenses ten user accounts on the Business plan. Guests do not consume paid seats. You get 5 guest slots per paid member, so guests fall outside your seat count.
You add Additional Enterprise User units, one per extra person. Each unit covers a single seat and bills per user. The 10-seat bundle stays as your base, and the added user units layer on top. Your total cost rises with each seat you add.
Start with the 10 Seats Business bundle as your base license for a team of ten. Then add Additional Enterprise User units for each seat beyond ten. Both dimensions bill per user, so the two amounts add together on one invoice as your headcount grows.
