XePlatform operates your full AI infrastructure - Managed, Private, or Hybrid AI - inside your AWS account. Production in hours. No DevOps team required. Sovereign by architecture. No token billing.
AI experiments show promise. Operations determine success.
Getting AI models to work is increasingly commoditised. The operational layer around them - security, governance, observability, release management - is not. Most enterprise AI teams are forced to choose between two options that both fail them:
Send data to a vendor's infrastructure and move fast, but lose sovereignty, face token costs at production scale, and accept vendor lock-in.
Keep data sovereign and build everything yourself, but spend 6 to 18 months, hire platform engineers, and own every incident at 2am.
XePlatform removes that trade-off entirely.
Three deployment modes. One operational platform.
Managed AI - You use Bedrock, Vertex, or Azure AI. Model access is solved. But as you add agents and pipelines, production becomes unmanageable. XePlatform operates the full Kubernetes and agent orchestration layer inside your AWS account. Release pipelines and observability around your existing endpoints. No provider change needed.
Private AI - You want to run your own models on GPU without calling any external API. Full sovereignty. No token billing. XePlatform operates the full private GPU stack: Kubernetes, LLMOps, security, and observability. Release engineering built in. Staging drift eliminated by architecture.
Hybrid AI - You need both simultaneously. Private AI for proprietary assets. Managed AI for commodity operations. One platform. Inside your AWS account.
What XePlatform operates inside your AWS account
XePlatform operates on a strict split-plane model. The control plane manages platform orchestration only. It has no access to your data, secrets, models, or application infrastructure. Everything that matters lives in your execution plane - inside your cloud account, your IAM, billed to your account:
Private LLM Models and GPU Nodes
Agent Orchestration and Auto-scaling
Observability and Audit Trails
Automated Backups and Rollbacks
Release Pipelines and Security Enforcement
Golden path release engineering
Most platforms monitor failures after deployment. XePlatform prevents an entire class of failures by eliminating staging-to-production drift before release. Golden path release engineering ensures every AI workload follows a proven, standardised deployment process from staging to production. 75% lower MTTR compared to manual release workflows.
Getting started: your path to production
Subscribe through AWS Marketplace and schedule a discovery call.
XePlatform deploys the control plane and configures your execution plane inside your AWS account.
Connect your existing AI endpoints (Bedrock, SageMaker, or private models) or deploy new ones.
Release pipelines, observability, and security enforcement activate automatically.
Your AI workloads are production-ready - typically within hours of onboarding.
Prerequisites: An active AWS account with appropriate service quotas for your workload (GPU instances if running Private AI). XePlatform handles all Kubernetes, networking, and platform configuration.
Built for regulated industries
Financial Services. Pharma. Legal. Healthcare. Manufacturing. Industries where data sovereignty is non-negotiable and compliance is mandatory.
All logs, traces, audit trails, and execution records are stored inside your own cloud account from day one, accessible to your team without involving XePlatform. Structurally compliant with GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2, and MiFID II - by architecture, not by contract.

Highlights
Three AI deployment modes in one platform: Managed AI (operate around Bedrock, Vertex, Azure AI endpoints), Private AI (full GPU stack with no external API calls, no token billing), or Hybrid AI (both simultaneously). All infrastructure lives inside your AWS account - your IAM, your VPC, billed to your account. XePlatform's control plane handles orchestration only with no access to your data, secrets, or models.
Production-ready in hours, not months. XePlatform operates your full Kubernetes, GPU orchestration, LLMOps, agent orchestration, observability, and release pipelines. No DevOps or platform engineering team required. Subscribe through AWS Marketplace, schedule a discovery call, and XePlatform configures your execution plane - connecting your existing AI endpoints or deploying new private models automatically.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pay one fixed fee for the XePlatform service. This covers the platform layer that runs inside your own cloud account, including orchestration, release engineering, and observability. The fee does not include your cloud resource costs. Those compute, GPU, storage, and networking charges bill directly to your own cloud account with no markup. So your total cost has two parts: this fixed platform fee plus your separate infrastructure spend. The fee stays the same regardless of how many resources you run.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the fixed platform fee cover, and what stays on my own cloud bill?
The fee covers the platform layer operated inside your cloud account: orchestration, GPU scheduling, release engineering, observability, and lifecycle management. Your compute, GPU, storage, and networking bill directly to your own cloud account with no markup. These are two separate line items.
Does the platform fee change if I run more GPU instances or scale up workloads?
No. The platform fee is fixed and stays the same regardless of how many resources you run. When you scale up GPU or compute, those costs appear on your own cloud bill, not the platform fee. Idle GPU nodes can autoscale to zero, reducing your separate infrastructure spend.
Does the fee cover both private GPU models and managed AI endpoint usage?
Yes. The single platform fee operates both starting modes as one platform. Whether you self-host models on GPU or call managed AI endpoints, the fee stays fixed. Private GPU compute bills to your account. Managed endpoint token charges bill through your existing provider, separate from the platform fee.
