Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This contract combines two pricing groups. The first group covers support levels: you start with the Default Support Option (Free), then choose Enhanced Annual Support or Premium Annual Support to add higher service coverage. The second group scales by resource count for enterprise customers. Enterprise_Starter covers fewer than 5 resources, Enterprise_Standard covers fewer than 25 resources, and Enterprise_Large covers fewer than 100 resources. You pick a resource tier that matches your production line count, then select a support level to match your service needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A resource maps to a production line or production resource in your factory. Each line, with its own capacity calendar, run-rates, and changeover settings, counts toward your total. You pick the tier covering your line count: fewer than 5, fewer than 25, or fewer than 100.
Each tier has an upper resource limit: fewer than 5, fewer than 25, or fewer than 100. If your line count crosses that limit, you move to the tier that covers your new total. The change is not automatic; you select the tier matching your resource count.
You select one resource tier and one support level; both apply together. The resource tier covers software access scaled to your line count. The support level sets your service coverage. You start with Default Support Option (Free), then optionally add Enhanced Annual Support or Premium Annual Support.
