Overview
MAIAH is an enterprise AI agent platform designed to help organizations adopt generative AI through a governed and extensible AI workspace. The platform provides a centralized user interface for managing agents, tools, MCP servers, user access, and AI interactions. Through the Agent Library, Tools Library, and MCP server management capabilities, teams can configure AI assistants, attach approved tools, and support reusable agent patterns across business functions such as customer support, internal knowledge management, operations, and workflow automation.
MAIAH helps organizations bring existing AI investments into a centralized platform by supporting the porting and integration of existing agents, tools, and workflows. This allows teams to migrate or adapt existing automation logic, AI assistants, internal tools, n8n workflows, Dify workflows, and repository-based assets into MAIAH, where they can be governed, reused, monitored, and made available to users through approved access controls.
MAIAH includes control tower capabilities for enterprise governance, including authentication, user management, role-based access control, conversation traceability, usage monitoring, cost control, and usage limits. These features help organizations maintain visibility over AI usage, manage user access, and support responsible AI operations. The platform is also designed for extensibility, with current capabilities for tool installation and built-in integration with automation platforms such as n8n and Dify workflows, as well as planned capabilities for marketplace-style agent installation and memory.
MAIAH also supports knowledge management through a retrieval-augmented generation, or RAG, pipeline. This includes document processing, file management, vector store integration, and data pipeline capabilities to help organizations connect AI agents to enterprise knowledge sources and deliver more contextual responses.
