You'll receive a detailed report identifying workloads for lift-and-shift, re-platforming, or refactoring, plus a customized strategy (phased, hybrid, or all-at-once).
    2. Architecture Planning and Design: We create a target AWS architecture aligned with the Well-Architected Framework, defining networking, IAM, backups, observability, and disaster recovery.
