Aiden for SRE - AI SRE Agent by StackGen

Aiden for SRE is an AI SRE teammate that validates alerts, investigates incidents, and attaches root cause before engineers are paged - with policy guardrails, approvals, and audit logs.

    Overview

Aiden for SRE is an AI SRE teammate from StackGen, built for site reliability teams. It learns your environment the way a new engineer would - connecting to your observability stack, cloud accounts, and code repositories to map the services, data stores, and infrastructure that make up your system - then puts that understanding to work triaging alerts, investigating incidents, and helping resolve them, with a person in the loop for anything that matters.

Aiden takes on the early, repetitive parts of incident response. It validates whether an alert is worth attention and filters out noise before anyone is paged. For real incidents, it investigates automatically - correlating logs, metrics, traces, recent deployments, and related code changes across your observability platforms, cloud accounts, and repositories - and works out the root cause. Alerts reach your on-call engineer already investigated, with root cause and evidence attached, instead of starting the clock on manual digging. When a fix is needed, Aiden can propose it or carry it out, with approval steps wherever a person needs to sign off. Teams collaborate in shared investigation threads, and anyone can start an investigation manually with a single click. Repetitive tasks can be automated on a schedule, on an event, or via webhook.

Aiden is built for enterprise governance. Policies control what it may do on its own versus what needs a person's approval. Every action is recorded in an audit log, and the Activity view shows what Aiden is doing in real time, with step-by-step replay of any past action. Upload your own runbooks and Aiden reads and follows them the way a team member would. Memory recognizes patterns from past investigations, Persona Agents put a specialist on each job, Workflows turn multi-step processes into deterministic, repeatable actions, and cost visibility shows what Aiden costs to run by agent, workflow, and team. For strict data residency requirements, Aiden can run inside your own network with Remote Runners.

Nothing has to be replaced to get started: Aiden connects to PagerDuty, Squadcast, Grafana, ObserveNow, Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, GitHub, GitLab, and more. During setup it begins building an understanding of your environment right away; from there, teams review its first investigations, set the approval steps they want, and decide which alerts it should handle.

    Highlights

    • Resolve incidents faster: alerts arrive already investigated, with root cause and supporting evidence attached - investigations that used to take an engineer 30+ minutes are done before the page arrives. Customers report up to 50% reduction in MTTR.
    • Cut alert noise: Aiden validates and triages every alert before anyone is paged, so on-call engineers only see incidents worth their attention. Customers report up to 50% fewer false-positive alerts.
    • Enterprise-grade control: policy guardrails bound what Aiden may do autonomously, approvals route sensitive actions to a person, and every action is captured in an audit log with step-by-step replay. For strict data residency, Aiden can run inside your own network via Remote Runner.

    Dimensions summary

This listing offers one pricing dimension, the StackHealer Agent, billed per user under a contract. You buy the remediation agent together with access to the StackGen Platform. Pricing scales with the number of users you enroll, so your total cost rises as you add more people to the agent. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to choose from. The agent handles incident remediation with human approval on every action. To set a term and user count, you agree to a contract commitment.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

You are billed per user enrolled with the remediation agent and the StackGen Platform. Each person you add to use the agent counts as one user. Your total cost scales directly with the number of enrolled users. There are no separate charges for hosts, nodes, or data volume.
The agent uses human-in-the-loop remediation. Every action requires your approval before it runs, and complete audit trails record each decision. You control the autonomy level, from approval-gated changes to autonomous handling of well-understood operations. Sensitive changes, like production deployments, keep human approval.
The agent works on top of your existing observability and infrastructure tools rather than replacing them. It discovers your services and dependencies, correlates alerts, and runs pre-built remediation workflows such as service restarts, scaling, traffic routing, and deployment rollbacks. It supports multiple cloud providers and common orchestration tools.
