    Aspire Managed Wireless as a Service (WaaS)provides managed wireless to our clients as an operational expense. Aspire’s WaaS handles all activities to provide wireless connectivity in locations covering areas specified by our clients.

    Overview

    Aspire Managed Wireless as a Service (WaaS) provides managed wireless to our clients as an operational expense. Aspire’s WaaS includes and initial site survey for every site, specifies hardware models, mounting hardware, mounting location, mounting orientation, cabling, power source and backhaul model. The service is predicated on leveraging the Cisco 9800-CL Wireless LAN Controller and Cisco's Cloud based ISE offering for network admission control. Aspire will be responsible for procuring all needed hardware and software and will configure, test and mount all hardware. Aspire will also be responsible for day-2 monitoring and replacement of any hardware or software.

    Planning The planning phase begins with Aspire focusing on planning and defining the functional and business requirements for the engagement. This will provide the information required to successfully plan and deploy the appropriate solution within the Client environment to include:

    • Locations for Wireless IaaS
    • Type of Survey(s) Required
    • Parameters for Wifi Links/Connection
    • Quantity and types of devices that will connect to the network Executing
    • Once Aspire has completed the planning phase and the client has signed off, the following activities would be performed during this phase of the engagement:
    • Review specifications for links
    • Provide onsite survey of location
    • Develop high-level and low-level design to include: * Bills of Materials * Configuration Parameter Specifics * Locations for
    • Receive, stage and configure all gear in Aspire's Staging and Logistics Center
    • Provide Physical Installation Services
    • Provide Go-live and Day-one support Ongoing Management and Support Provide 24x7 Monitoring of the following parameters:
    • Signal Levels
    • SNR Levels
    • Outage Warnings
    • Outage Notifications

    Highlights

    • Provide all Site Surveys required for the service Design, Configuration and physical installation of the solution 24x7x365 Monitoring and Management of the solution
