Overview
The scope of this proposal covers Level 1 (N1) activities, to be carried out in Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. The main activities included are:
• Carrying out the First Analysis of Events Our team will carry out the initial analysis of events, identifying possible problems and acting proactively to prevent outages from occurring.
• Forwarding Unresolved Events Events that cannot be resolved at Level 1 will be escalated appropriately to higher levels, ensuring a tiered and specialized approach.
• Monitoring and Activation of Those Responsible Our team will be attentive to carry out the necessary monitoring and contact those responsible at other levels, ensuring quick resolution of problems.
• Sending Incident and Resolution Reports We will keep all stakeholders informed by sending incident reports and documenting resolutions according to established processes.
• Indication and Implementation of Monitoring Improvements We will constantly be evaluating existing monitoring, suggesting and implementing improvements to optimize monitoring efficiency.
• War Room Coordination In critical situations, our team will be ready to coordinate and participate in War Rooms, ensuring an agile and effective response.
• 8x5 performance Our service will be offered from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, providing efficient coverage during business hours.
• Datadog Management We will effectively manage the Datadog platform, ensuring correct functioning and optimized use for monitoring.
