Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract combines one base subscription with two usage-based charges. The INO CX smart omnichannel dimension covers a set block of 50 users, forming your platform commitment. On top of that, two consumption charges apply. Core Service Usage and Overage bill for platform use beyond your included allotment. Telephony and Carrier Services bill for calling and telecom costs. You pay these usage charges based on what you actually consume, so they scale with call volume, messaging, and service activity rather than a fixed fee.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the INO CX smart omnichannel dimension include, and what counts as a user?
This dimension covers a block of 50 users on the platform. A user is an agent account that logs in to handle interactions across voice, email, SMS, and messaging channels. All 50 seats are part of your base platform commitment, billed as one set block.
What gets billed under Telephony and Carrier Services versus Core Service Usage?
Telephony and Carrier Services bill for calling and telecom costs, such as phone number provisioning and connectivity across regions. Core Service Usage and Overage bill for platform use beyond your included allotment, plus consumption features like SMS or messaging volume. Both charges apply based on actual consumption.
Which charge tends to drive most of my bill, and how do the three combine?
Your 50-user platform block is a set commitment. The two usage charges add on top and bill independently by consumption. Telephony and Carrier costs often grow with call volume and international numbers. Core Service Usage rises with messaging and features beyond your allotment. Both scale with activity, so heavier usage raises those charges.
