Usage instructions
After deploying the instance, click on Manage in AWS Console to see the running instance and public DNS address to continue the configuration of the FortiADC. Connect to the secured Web UI via the public DNS address: https://<public DNS address>. For any CLI configuration/settings, SSH is required to log into the CLI. Default login credentials are with a username of admin and the AWS Instance ID value as the password. What do you like best about the product?
the product presents a user interface similar to other Fortinet products, which allows for greater ease of use, allowing the user to have a great comfort when using it in their daily routines.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing I dislike about the product, I would just like to have more training which allows me to get the most out of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use the tool to perform traffic balancing for the different clients that require it, and at the same time apply an extra layer of security provided with the already known fortinet elements.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers value for money compared to traditional tools. The upgrade and renewal process take longer than expected but once set up it becomes easier to manage.

There is need for improvement in terms of customer support and technical expertise. Upgrading the product is a problem at times.

This has led to customer satisfaction levels and increased conversion rates. The security measures of FortiADC have shielded us from cyber threats.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about FortiADC is how it is easy to build and manage. It gives better scalability to the application's security and performance. The overall performance is very satisfying in terms of DDoS and Antivirus features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of this tool is the price point compared to similar traditional tools. Also, customer service could be improved as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FortiADC is a very easy-to-build load balancing tool by just following the documentation with solid security features. Productivity has improved and our organization is now in our safest place.

The only challenge of FortiADC is the cost of the solution, as compared to traditional GSLB solutions

Licensing - the features of application security, load balancing, and application availablity can all be utilised under a single license.
