You can purchase one of four retainer levels based on your budget and your needs:
Level 1: 250 - 500 prepaid credits with a 24-hour remote SLA & reasonable efforts en route SLA* Level 2: 550 - 1,100 prepaid credits with an 8-hour remote SLA & 48-hour en route SLA Level 3: 1,250 - 2,250 prepaid credits with a 4-hour remote SLA & 36-hour en route SLA Level 4: 7,500+ prepaid credits with a 2-hour remote SLA & 24-hour en route SLA
*The SLA is for Incident Response services only, where the en route SLA is for the continental US, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Saudi Arabia and UAE only.
