SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Vendor support
WideField Security (WideField) will respond to Customer support requests within the target time specified in the table below. WideField will provide support to Customer for defects with the Service in accordance with then-current standard Service Plan, including during the Evaluation Period, if any. Any other support services are outside of the scope of this SLA and must be separately agreed in writing by Customer and WideField. Any support requests shall be sent at support@widefield.ioÂ
