China Unicom China Cross-border Direct Connection service, short name as ChinaDX, is an express cross China border AWS clouds inter-connection service to accelerate your cloud applications globally. By express connections of China AWS clouds with global AWS clouds, ChinaDX provides your express connected, high performed, secured, flexible AWS clouds interconnection service to enhance the workforce of your cloud-based service.
By leveraging China Unicom's well-covered SDN-based cloud networking and state-of-art intelligent routing technology, the elastic SDN platform provides express cross-border AWS cloud inter-connections.

The Mbps figure is the connection speed reserved for your cross-border link between AWS in China Ningxia and Sydney. A 100M tier gives you 100 Mbps of dedicated throughput. The bandwidth is fixed for that tier, not a usage cap you draw down.
Each tier is a standalone monthly rate for a fixed bandwidth. To gain more throughput, you move to a higher tier, which changes your whole monthly charge. The change is not automatic; you select the tier that matches your needs. There are no per-unit overage charges within a tier.
You pay a set monthly fee for the bandwidth tier you choose. The rate does not vary with how much traffic you send. It is a flat monthly charge for the reserved connection speed, billed on a monthly cycle.
