This subscription bills in two parts. You pay a recurring monthly platform subscription fee to use the marketplace operations software. Your first five accepted net new private offers are covered under that base fee. Beyond the fifth, you pay a per-unit charge for each additional accepted private offer. So your cost has a fixed monthly component plus a usage-based component that scales with your private offer volume. This usage model means your total grows only as you close more marketplace deals.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A private offer is a custom-priced marketplace deal you extend to a specific buyer with negotiated terms. It counts once the buyer accepts it through the marketplace. Only accepted net new offers count toward the fifth-offer threshold, not offers you draft or send.
Your first five accepted net new private offers are included in the monthly subscription fee. Once you accept a sixth, the per-unit charge applies to that offer and each additional accepted offer beyond it. The charge applies only to the offers past the fifth, not retroactively to all five.
The monthly subscription fee stays fixed each month. The per-offer charge is the variable part. It adds up only when you accept private offers beyond your fifth. Both charges appear together, but only offer volume above five drives the amount that changes month to month.
