Linear Onboarding

• Onboarding Linear Channels on the Quortex Platform
• Ensuring the cloud environment is setup and tested based on the scope of onboarding services document
• 24x7 Monitoring of the onboarded services and proactive fault resolution
• Ensuring Sources at ingest of cloud environment and at egress are available and streaming

VOD Onboarding

• Ingesting VOD Assets on the cloud Platform
• Ensuring the cloud environment is setup and tested based on the scope of onboarding services document
• 24 x 7 Monitoring of the onboarded services and proactive fault resolution

Onsite Support Engineer

• Serve as the primary on-site technical contact supporting Synamedia’s AWS-based linear video distribution platform.
• Collaborate daily with the customer’s operations teams to maintain platform availability and resolve operational issues.
• Validate incoming SRT content feeds and ensure source quality, correct service configurations, and alignment with channel lineups.
• Support the customer with verifying service additions, changes, and removals in collaboration with customer back-office systems and endpoint configurations.

Onsite Development Engineer

• Serve as the primary on-site technical contact coordinating customer and Synamedia Engg teams
• Collaborate daily with the customer’s engg teams to ensure alignment with Synamedia Engg product and solution roadmaps
• Communicate Synamedia Engg bug/ feature resolution updates
