What do you like best about the product?
Integrate all the applications together in the best possible way and ensure the UI is also nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customisation can be a hassle as it may need heavy IT footprint. Sometimes it's a very complicated system to use for beginners. If there would be a live chat customer service, it would be great.
