Tech Mahindra’s AftEAZE, built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and powered by the Pega Platform™, is a cloud-native solution revolutionizing aftermarket operations with enterprise-grade security, scalability, and intelligence.
AftEAZE manages the entire post-sale lifecycle—telematics monitoring, fleet management, proactive servicing, intelligent diagnostics, first-time-right repairs, warranty claims, and supplier recovery—via a unified AI platform. It automates complex processes, enhances digital experiences, and enables new business models like parts marketplaces, extended service contracts, and technician support—reducing warranty costs and improving recovery.
Hosted in Amazon VPC with AWS IAM governance, it uses Amazon S3 for secure storage and Amazon Bedrock for GenAI insights. Event-driven microservices run on AWS Lambda and Amazon API Gateway, while container workloads operate on Amazon ECS with Amazon Fargate or Amazon EC2. Core data resides in Amazon RDS, images in Amazon ECR, and observability is ensured via Amazon CloudWatch and Amazon Managed Grafana, complemented by analytics in Amazon QuickSight.
Powered by agentic AI models, AftEAZE integrates connected asset data with service management and claims adjudication. GenAI and LLM models via Amazon Bedrock deliver predictive insights from documents, images, and videos in Amazon S3. Using Pega GenAI Blueprint™, customizations accelerate deployment. Infrastructure spans serverless, container, and data layers—monitored through Amazon CloudWatch and visualized in Amazon QuickSight and Amazon Managed Grafana.

• Connected Vehicle Management maximizes uptime with live monitoring and predictive services for drivers, fleets, and command centers.
