   • Decision-making policies and governance workflows

4. PKI/CA Fundamentals

   • PKI fundamentals for blockchain
   • Certificate Authority (CA) management in Fabric

5. Node Management

   • Node onboarding, configuration, scaling, and maintenance
   • Identity lifecycle and access control

6. Smart Contract Lifecycle (Fabric Chaincode + Ethereum Solidity)

   • Chaincode lifecycle in Fabric
   • Solidity basics: syntax, functions, modifiers, storage
   • Hands-on: writing ERC-20 / ERC-721 tokens in Solidity
   • Deployment and upgrade workflows
