Designed as an SMPP-only solution, SSGLite in this standalone, single server configuration, enables organisations and service providers to operate an SMS gateway service using the robust infrastructure of the Melrose Labs platform, while omitting non-essential features for simplified operation.

Built upon an AWS cloud architecture, SSGLite retains the powerful messaging capabilities of the full SSG platform, including support for high-throughput SMS delivery and reception via the SMPP protocol. The system includes access to the SSG Administration Portal, with functionality focused on core messaging operations. Features related to billing, financial management, the marketplace, and auxiliary tools have been removed to streamline the user experience.

SSGLite is well-suited for organisations seeking a dedicated SMS switch, either to launch a mobile messaging business, enhance internal communication systems, or replace legacy infrastructure with a more reliable and scalable solution.
