    Vendor refund policy

    Buyers may request a refund by contacting us at julia.kukushkina@ais-digital.com . Refund requests must be submitted no later than 30 days before the end of the service period. Refunds are calculated based on actual usage up to the effective date of service termination. No refund will be issued for periods earlier than 30 days after written notice is provided by either party. Refunds are processed in accordance with AWS Marketplace billing rules.
