Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Credits are measured in minutes of video processed. Subtitles use one minute of credit per minute of video. Dubbing uses three minutes per minute. Lip-sync uses five minutes per minute. Translating one video into multiple languages consumes credits for each language plus the original transcription.
Unused credits carry over. On an active yearly subscription, credits left at the end of the year are kept into the next year. This helps if your video volume varies from month to month across the contract term.
Each language you generate draws its own credits. The platform must first create captions in the original language, then translate. So translating one video into three languages uses four minutes of credit per minute: one for transcription, three for the translations.
