The WAR assessment typically takes 4-8 hours of discovery time. Our certified AWS Solution Architects will spend time virtually with your key stakeholders to assess a specific business-critical workload against the six AWS pillars of the well-architected framework. At the completion of the review session, our experts will provide you with a report outlining any optimization recommendations identified and a roadmap for immediate and long-term improvement based on your business requirements. In addition, we will provide the level of effort, necessary requirements, recommended architecture, cost, and timeframe to resolve issues that impact your workloads.

In summary, at the completion of the WAR session, you will have a sound understanding of the following:

• Gaps identified against AWS best practices
• Roadmap for immediate and long-term improvement
• Measurable action plan
• Magnitude of effort and cost
• Timeframe for remediation, implementation, and delivery

The cost of the WAR session starts at $5,000. If you agree to work with AWS Advanced Partner JBS Dev to implement the improvements highlighted in the WAR deliverable, AWS will issue a $5,000 AWS credit once the improvements are implemented for qualifying organizations, making this session no cost to you.
