Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You buy this product by the seat, choosing among three independent options that you can combine to match your team. IDE Provisioner seats let you centrally manage IntelliJ-based IDEs at scale. AI Enterprise seats add AI-based coding assistance with organization-level control over security and spending. All Products Pack floating licenses give access to the full suite of JetBrains IDEs and tools, shared across your team as needed. Pricing scales with the number of seats you purchase for each option. You pick only the components your organization needs, and each is priced separately per user.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You count one seat per developer who uses the feature. IDE Provisioner bills per user managing IntelliJ-based IDEs. AI Enterprise bills per user accessing AI-based coding assistance, including the AI Assistant and Junie. Each active user needs their own seat under each option you choose.
A floating license is shared across your team, not assigned to one person permanently. It is checked out when a developer needs it and released afterward. You pay for the number of concurrent floating licenses, not one per named developer, which suits teams where not everyone codes at once.
Each option bills independently by its own seat count. IDE Provisioner, AI Enterprise, and All Products Pack are priced separately per unit. Your total is the sum of each option's seats multiplied by its rate. You only pay for the options you select, and quantities do not have to match across them.
