You start with the CO Base Platform, the required foundation for this contract. From there, you add capacity using separate packs that scale independently. Each pack covers one unit: a tenant, an analyst user, a playbook created and supported, or an agent. You buy the quantity of each pack you need. Tenant packs expand deployment separation, user packs add analyst seats, playbook packs cover built and supported automation workflows, and agent packs enable lightweight connectors across your environment. Total cost depends on the base platform plus how many of each add-on pack you select.

The playbook pack covers one playbook you create, plus support for it. This is a custom automation workflow you build using the drag-and-drop designer or AI generation. Pre-built template libraries mentioned by the vendor are separate from this billed unit. You buy one pack per created and supported playbook.

What is our primary use case?
We use the solution for the correlation of threat feeds and reporting.
What is most valuable?
The product is stable. We have no complaints about its stability.
What needs improvement?
The threat emails are not tailored to our company. It just gives us every newsletter and bombards our email box. The solution must be able to provide threat feeds. We shouldn’t have to rely on third parties and pay for additional licenses. The tool doesn't integrate well with ServiceNow. It is our main ticketing platform.

I have been using the solution for about a year.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We have three users.
How are customer service and support?
We get support from a partner.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is very complex. It took us a year to get to where we are, and it is still not fully set up. The solution is cloud-based.
What other advice do I have?
We don't have any threat feeds to correlate with yet. I've recently acquired the role of threat intelligence. We don’t need a lot. It can be customized. The company can do that for us. We haven’t seen much improvements in our organization since we have deployed the product. It's too complex for what we need. Overall, I rate the product a five out of ten.
