Capgemini cloud acceleration team will perform cloud migration assessments within a specified time limit of 4 weeks to evaluate the Application workloads in on-premises and is being evaluated using the Capgemini Adoption Framework to migrate to AWS cloud. During this assessment, we use the Capgemini tools, accelerators and AWS services to collect the data for assessment and recommendations.
We conduct stakeholder interviews, understand technical aspects of the application and make cloud migration strategies, recommendation on applications readiness for AWS cloud.
Overview

Our Cloud Adoption assessment phases include two stages:
- Stakeholder Workshop Kick-off

- Perform assessment of current infrastructure, application details, and interfaces.
- Identify key challenges in the current state.
- Determine current OPEX costs for on-premises operations.
- Assess data requirements and compliance.
