You select and pay for each unit type you need, so pricing scales with the volume and mix of workflows you use.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each unit maps to processing for a new patient. It covers unlimited retrieval of records, images, and pathology for that patient, plus record summarization and indexing. So the count scales with the number of new patients you process, not the volume of pages per patient.
You buy each of the five workflow units independently. Charges add together based on the mix and volume of activities you use. Retrieval, fax handling, chart prep, prior authorization, and eligibility checks each meter separately. The dimension you use most heavily drives the largest portion of your total.
One Prior Auth unit covers authorization processing, automatic submission of the request, and status tracking with notifications. The system fills authorization forms using patient medical record data. You are billed per authorization workflow handled, so cost scales with the number of authorizations you process.
