Each dimension maps to one AWS EC2 instance type running openEuler. The software carries no license charge. You pay the AWS compute rate for that instance type, billed per hour it runs. Your bill reflects the instance size and family you launch, not the operating system.
The operating system meters running hours only, and it is free regardless. A stopped instance accrues no hourly compute charge. You may still pay AWS for attached storage such as EBS volumes while the instance is stopped, but no per-hour instance charge applies.
Each instance type is a separate dimension. To scale, stop your instance and relaunch openEuler on a instance type with more compute, memory, or storage. Billing simply follows the new type's hourly rate. openEuler runs on the x86 architecture across the listed families without code changes.
