Efiia Project Management Support

The Efiia Project Management team provides US Federal government Information System Owners (ISOs) subject matter expertise in deploying and managing cloud computing programs in AWS GovCloud. The Project Manager ensures that ISOs are delivering services in alignment with contractually agreed terms and conditions including security requirements, privacy requirements, and service level agreements.

The Project Manager establishes project goals, timeframes, budgets estimates, and status reports. Coordinating the project team to deliver projects on schedule and within budget, while providing transparency to the ISOs. Project Manager will also conduct risk assessment for projects ensuring all points with Federal IT governance organizations and processes in alignment with OMB and NIST guidance.
