The "Learn & Discuss" session(about 3hours) introduces Gen AI MSP offerings and explores various use cases through the Use Case Explorer, with sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients. Following this, the Gen AI Workshop(about 3days) is conducted, which is based on the IDP (Innovation Discovery Program) and combines three workshops to align with client requirements. Through these workshops and interviews, target use cases are identified. Next, the PoC & Planning(about 3weeks) phase focuses on refining the target use cases and developing strategies for their actual implementation, based on a thorough assessment of the current situation. If necessary, specialized consulting programs and Proof of Concept (PoC) are carried out to ensure effective execution. This offering is applicable to consulting cases for building services on the AWS cloud.
