What counts as one billable unit under the Logfire Pro usage charge?
One unit is a single record you send to the platform: a log, span, or metric. A span is one row in a trace, a log is one event record, and a metric is a datapoint. You are charged per million of these combined records.
What happens to my Logfire Pro cost if I exceed the free usage included each month?
You keep an included amount of free usage each month. Once you pass it, additional records bill at the per-million rate. You can also set a spending cap; when reached, new telemetry is held from view but still captured up to a threshold. Email the vendor to set a cap.
How do the Enterprise Cloud and Enterprise Self-Hosted options differ in how they run and are priced?
Enterprise Cloud is fully managed by the vendor with custom retention, SSO, and support. Enterprise Self-Hosted deploys a Helm chart in your own cloud for full data control, and you run the infrastructure. Both carry custom pricing, so you contact the vendor for a quote fitting your usage.
