Overview
Enabling Decentralized Clinical Trials-Harman ecosystem can accelerate the connected product journey for our customers with its accelerators and digital engineering capabilities.
1.Harman configure APP installation flow based on study/branding/location, generate QR Code for respective study, onboard patient with minimum PII, prepare envelope with user credential and APP QR code. Harman / CRA change patient’s PII based on APP requirement, update study start and end date, generate patient onboarding and study compliance report. It generates system/infrastructure/security reports, send alarm if any compliance parameter compromised and finally send reports to authorized stake holders.
2.CRA manage user credential envelope securely, inform Harman to update study start and end date and update patients PII if needed. CRA discuss patient if study compliance does not meet and inform Harman support for any APP or portal issue.
3.Patient install APP using QR Code then login on APP using supplied credentials and signs e-Consent. Patient update PII if needed and receives notification to fill ePRO and MAUQ, enters ePRO and submit daily. Also, gets reward or notification as per previous data entry compliance. Patient enters MAUQ answers, submit and finally receives study complete e-Mail with thanks message.
Harman Decentralied Clinical Trial(DCT) solutions are built on AWS cloud and leverage AWS native services like HealthLake, Bedrock and Anthena etc.
