All Drop2Desk subscriptions are billed in advance. We offer full refunds for cancellations requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, no refunds are provided, but you may cancel anytime to avoid future charges. For refund requests, contact support@drop2desk.com with your order details.
