Executive Alignment Workshop

Summary

Through our Executive Alignment Workshop, Think|Stack will identify potential problem areas and potential strengths, which will then be used to provide recommendations. With this baseline understanding, our workshop will work to align the executive and leadership team on the value of technology and leveraging technology to support the organization's strategic goals.

• Conduct virtual workshop to discover the following:
  • What are the organization's goals?
  • 1, 3, 5 years
• What does technology need to deliver?
• Explore innovation focus, pain-points, emotional and rationale goals to define and build modernization strategies.
• Think|Stack may leverage various assessment tools prior to this workshop to gain a baseline understanding of the organization and their current and future state vision.

Think|Stack will plan to complete this virtually unless otherwise agreed to.

Deliverables

• Think|Stack will prepare a report following the workshop to include any of the applicable areas: recommendations, areas for continued improvement, identified next steps from alignment workshop.
