We offer refunds for billing errors and accidental charges reported within 7 days of the transaction date. To request a refund, please contact us at pixell@4by4inc.com with your AWS subscription ID and transaction details.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on usage. Usage-based charges for video processing are non-refundable once processing is completed.
