Vendor refund policy
Terms for refunds: (1) The Client provided 30 business days of notice to the Company of the Refund Request; (2) The Client paid in full for all the Services it ordered from the Company and all payments have been received by the Company; (3) The Client fulfilled its obligations and warranties under the Agreement and has not breached the Agreement in any manner; and (4) The Client did not file a previous Refund Request.
