GenXam: Generative AI-Supported Exam Preparation and Evaluation Platform GenXam is a Generative AI-powered platform that utilizes Anthropic models provided by the AWS Bedrock platform to create unique exams featuring various question types and to evaluate and grade completed exams.By automating the exam preparation and assessment process, GenXam leverages advanced content analysis capabilities to generate diverse and relevant questions. This tool ensures transparent, consistent, and unbiased evaluations of technical skills, ultimately saving time and resources by eliminating manual efforts.The platform offers four core functionalities:
- Exam Preparation GenXam generates exams with a specified number of questions across four distinct question types (multiple-choice, multiple-answer multiple-choice, true/false, and open-ended) based on user-provided source documents. Users can specify the number of questions to be generated from each source. The exam creation process takes an average of 3 minutes, depending on the size of the source material. The generated exam questions are designed to differ from the last X exams (where X is a configurable variable) to ensure originality.
- Exam Records Management All prepared exams are automatically saved and can be optionally deleted upon request. This feature ensures seamless exam tracking and management.
- Exam Evaluation Exams completed by users are evaluated and graded using Anthropic models. The assessment includes detailed and human-like feedback on incomplete or incorrect answers, highlighting gaps and misdirections constructively. A comprehensive performance table is generated at the user level, which can be downloaded for further review.
- Source Document Updates The platform provides controlled access to source documents, allowing for updates when needed. New exams can then be generated based on the updated materials.By automating and enhancing the exam lifecycle, GenXam delivers a reliable and efficient solution for exam preparation and evaluation, fostering both innovation and productivity.
